Senator Ede Dafinone, who represents Delta Central Senatorial District in the National Assembly, has congratulated former Governor of Delta State, Chief James Ibori, on the occasion of his 68th birthday, describing him as a visionary leader whose contributions continue to shape the political and developmental trajectory of Delta State and Nigeria.
In a goodwill message marking the former governor’s birthday, Dafinone praised Ibori’s enduring legacy of leadership, noting that his administration laid the foundation for the emergence of a modern Delta State through visionary governance, human capital development and inclusive leadership.
“On behalf of the good people of Delta Central Senatorial District, I warmly congratulate His Excellency, Chief James Onanefe Ibori, former Governor of Delta State, on the occasion of his 68th birthday,” the senator said.
