Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Delta State and former two-term member of the Delta State House of Assembly representing Uvwie Constituency, Hon. Efe Ofobruku, has congratulated former Governor of Delta State, Chief James Onanefe Ibori, on the occasion of his 68th birthday, describing him as a political trailblazer whose leadership continues to inspire generations of Deltans.
