A one-time chairman of Ethiope West Local Government in Delta State, Dr Wilson Omene has taken up the appointment as Director of Publicity of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the state.
Omene, who hails from Mosogar Kingdom until he crossed over to the APC a few years ago was a henchman of the PDP in Delta State.
Also appointed by the newly sworn-in Delta APC State Chairman, Engr. Omeni Sobotie on behalf of the State Executive Committee and State Working Committee is the former Administrative Secretary of Delta PDP, Elder Charles Nwarache.
Nwarache is to serve also as Administrative Secretary in Delta APC according to a statement by the State Secretary of APC, Nick Ovuakporie on Thursday.
“Please note that you are expected to serve within the assigned responsibilities of your office and be guided by the constitution of the All Progressives Congress (APC) as amended,” said the statement.
