Former two-term member of the Delta State House of Assembly who represented Uvwie Constituency, Hon. Efe Ofobruku, has congratulated the Chief Adviser to the Delta State Governor, Senator Chief (Dr.) Ighoyota Amori, on the occasion of his 74th birthday, describing him as a statesman whose greatest achievement lies not in the offices he has occupied, but in the countless lives he has positively impacted.
