Delta Speaker Hails Uroye on PhD Attainment, Says It Will Strengthen Legislative Work

The Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Emomotimi Dennis Guwor has congratulated the Honorable Member Representing Warri South 1 Constituency, Dr Austin Uroye for earning PhD in Public Administration from Novena University, Ogume, Ndokwa West local government area of the state.

Rt Hon Guwor at plenary described the academic achievement as a reflection of Hon Uroye’s dedication to governance and public service.

The Speaker pointed out that the additional academic record will undoubtedly enrich the deliberations of the House and enhance the collective efforts to serve the people of Delta State.

“I wish to acknowledge the announcement of your earned Doctor of Philosophy in Public Administration. This is a commendable academic achievement that reflects your dedication to the study of governance and public service.

“Please accept the congratulations of the entire Assembly, and we look forward to the insights you will bring to our legislative work”, Guwor said

The Member representing Warri South 1, Hon Austin Uroye had informed the House during plenary of successfully completed a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Public Administration.

The Lawmaker thanked the Speaker and everyone who supported him to attaining the new academic status, saying that henceforth he will wish to be addressed as “Hon Dr Augustine Uroye (JP).

“Mr Speaker, I wish to share my new academic achievement with you and the entire House. I do this in the hope that the knowledge gained will contribute to our legislative work and to the service of the people of Delta State.
