Delta State House of Assembly, Tuesday, postponed the screening and confirmation of Dennis Agbaga for re-appointment as a member of the State Judicial Service Commission.

The suspension of the screening exercise by the lawmakers was sequel to what the Speaker, Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori attributed to the nominee’s non-adherence to procedural principles.

The laid down procedures, according to the Speaker was for the nominee to first visit his representative for proper identification before appearing at the Hallowed chamber for the exercise.

Meanwhile, the House at plenary received two separate reports from its Standing Committees.
