Widow of Dim Odumegwu Ojukwu, Bianca received a hot slap from the wife of the outgone governor of Anambra State, Mrs Ebelechukwu Obiano, while Professor Charles Chukwuma Soludo was being sworn in as the new governor of the state Thursday morning.
The scuffle between the two ladies occurred when Mrs Obiano, who arrived at the venue of the swearing-in while going round greeting dignitaries got to where Bianca sat and reportedly said to her, “Bianca so you are here, I thought you said you will never attend any APGA event again”.
In the ensuing misunderstanding, Obiano’s wife descended on Bianca’s face with a slap which caused little distraction just when Soludo was yet to conclude his swearing-in formalities.
Soludo and his deputy, Onyeka Ibezim, were sworn at a low-key ceremony held at the Government House.
The former Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) governor took the oath of office as the fifth governor of Anambra State.
