Reacting to the massacre of youths at Lekki Toll gate allegedly by soldiers, the #ENDSARS Protesters in Warri, Delta State on Wednesday called on President Muhammadu Buhari, the Inspector-General of Police, Mohammed Adamu and the Chief of Army Staff, Gen. Tukur Buratai to resign from office.

The protesters said the President has failed the people of Nigeria.

One of the protesters, Comrade Kelvin Ejumudo made the call on behalf of the protesters.

He said, “Buhari should resign. IGP resign. The Chief of Staff Army Staff, Gen. Tukur Buratai resign. You have failed the people. We need an end to bad governance.”

He condemned the killing of peaceful protesters at the Lekki Tollgate on Tuesday in Lagos State noting that the shooting of the protesters was uncivilized and callous.

Comrade Ejumudo said the government will account for the lives of the protesters lost.

On his part, Comrade Israel Joe also condemned the killings of youths by the security operatives.

He noted that the youths were reciting the national anthem as they clad themselves with the Nigerian flag when the security men shot at them.

According to Joe, “The videos are there. We are already pushing it from several frontiers. They’ve started sending emails, videos to BBC, CNN, the International Court of Justice, ICC. The government has massacred the people and definitely, they will pay for the lives of the Nigerian peaceful protesters they killed.”
