In a strong show of party unity and political momentum, the youth leadership of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Delta North Senatorial District has passed a resounding vote of confidence on Senator Ned Nwoko, affirming their full support for his leadership and representation at the National Assembly.

This declaration was made at the end of a high-level strategic meeting held at Zebra Bistro in Amai, Ukwani Local Government Area of Delta State.

Themed “APC Must Win,” the gathering, convened by the Delta North Senatorial Youth Leader, Hon. High Chief Chukwutem Nwogor, brought together youth leaders, stakeholders, and party faithful from across the nine local government areas of Delta North.

The meeting focused on uniting and strengthening the party’s structures at the grassroots, ahead of the 2027 general elections.

The highlight of the meeting was the unanimous endorsement of Senator Nwoko, who has been making wave in the National Assembly.

In the communique released at the end of the meeting, the youth stakeholders commended Senator Nwoko’s “courageous move” to align with the APC and described him as a proactive and people-focused legislator who has continued to deliver quality representation for the people of Delta North.

“The APC Delta North Senatorial Youth Leadership hereby passes a vote of confidence on Distinguished Senator Prince Ned Nwoko,” the communique read.

“We applaud his proactive service in the National Assembly and his sincere efforts to unite APC stakeholders across our senatorial district.”

The group also praised Nwoko’s commitment to youth development, citing his engagement and empowerment programs.

Special mention was made of his Senior Special Assistant on Youth Matters, Comrade Okonkwo Collins, who represented the Senator at the event and reaffirmed his principal’s dedication to party progress and youth inclusion.

In his address, Hon. Nwogor urged all leaders to intensify mobilisation and community-level participation, reminding members that victory in 2027 begins with unity and responsibility at the grassroots.

“It is not only those in positions who must work; everyone must rise to the task. Together, we must deliver APC,” he emphasised.

The meeting concluded with a renewed call for loyalty, cohesion, and a commitment to collective action.

The youth stakeholders pledged to work closely with Senator Nwoko to ensure that APC not only retains but expands its influence in Delta State by the 2027 election cycle.

Senator Nwoko, known for his development-focused legislative agenda and expansive youth outreach, is now seen as a key figure in the APC’s strategy to consolidate its position in the South-South region.

As the 2027 elections draw closer, this vote of confidence marks a significant boost for Nwoko’s political capital within the party and strengthens his standing as a unifying force in Delta North politics.
