A yet-to-be-identified man in his mid-40s has collapsed allegedly due to high blood pressure along Uti road off Ugbologbo in Uvwie Local Government Area of Delta state.
According to an eyewitness, he was seen jerking, falling, and hitting his head on a stone at about 8:30am on Monday.
The man, identified as Pastor Okotie of Winners Church, was said to be apparently coming from the private school where he went to drop his children off when the unfortunate incident occurred.
For more than one hour, an attempt at reviving him proved unsuccessful and he was then rushed to the hospital.
It was gathered that the pastor lost his job and has been having a tough time coping with the current economic realities.
