Olorogun Samuel Adjogbe, PhD, FNSE, is one of the shining examples of modern Urhobo leadership, a man who has chosen to use his influence, education, and resources to uplift his people. Through his foundation, he has touched countless lives, transforming communities and inspiring hope across Urhoboland and even beyond.

A seasoned engineer and former Executive Director of Projects at the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Olorogun Adjogbe understands the importance of development that truly reaches the grassroots. Through various youth development and skills acquisition programs, he has created pathways for young Urhobo men and women to learn trades, acquire professional certifications, and start sustainable businesses. These initiatives not only reduce unemployment but also build a generation of confident, productive citizens capable of contributing to the region’s growth.

Olorogun Adjogbe’s approach to philanthropy goes beyond handouts. He believes in empowerment with purpose, equipping people with the tools and knowledge to stand on their own. His passion for education is evident in his consistent support for students at all levels, from primary school through university, ensuring that financial constraints do not prematurely end dreams.

He combines technical expertise with compassion, ensuring that every intervention brings real, measurable impact.

Through his foundation, Olorogun Samuel Adjogbe, PhD, FNSE, has become a bridge between privilege and purpose, a leader who sees service not as an obligation but as a calling.
