There were widespread outpourings of goodwill on Tuesday as family members, friends, political associates and fellow Rotarians across the country celebrated the birthday of Olorogun Samuel Adjogbe, PhD, FNSE, a former Executive Director of Projects at the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC).
The celebratory messages, which came from different professional, political and social circles, described Adjogbe as a disciplined administrator, an upright public servant and a man whose career has been defined by integrity and commitment to service.
