Governor of Delta State, Dr Ifeanyi Okowa has sent the names of fifteen Commissioner designates to the State House of Assembly for screening and confirmation.
The names of the nominees were read by the Speaker, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori during Thursday’s plenary.
Those nominated are Mr Charles Aniagwu, Dr Barry Gbe, Mr Ifeanyi Egwuyenga, Chief Arthur Akpowowo, Chief Festus Ochonogor, Hon. Julius Egbedi and Mr Churchil Amagada.
Others are Mrs Flora Alanta, Mr Churchill Amagada, Engr. Jonathan Ukodhiko, Hon. Evelyn Oboro, Engr. Noel Omodon, Chief Fidelis Tilije, and Mrs Rose Esenwu.
Also nominated as Commissioner are, Engr Lawrence Ejiofor, Princess Shola Ogbemi-Daibo, Mr Chris Onogba, Barr. Kate Oniawan, Mr John Onyema and Mr Johnbull Edema.
