The Medical and Dental Consultants Association of Nigeria, MDCAN, Delta State Hospitals Management Board, HMB Chapter will on Monday embark on a one week free medical treatment in the state.
A statement by the Chairman of the Association, Dr Francis Nwabua, says the free medical outreach which will last till Friday 4th November 2023, will take place at the Central Hospital Ughelli, in Ughelli North Local Government Area, beginning at 9 o’clock in the morning each day.
Those screened for surgical cases including, fibroid, orthopaedics ovarian cyst, Cataract, Cleft lip, palate, hernia, San appendix amongst others would be attended to during the free medical outreach.
Nwabua also in the statement disclosed that members of the association will during the one-week free medical programme visit the Ughelli, Kwale and Asaba Internally Displaced Persons, IDPs camps for free treatments.
