“In continuation of love as a family even if not in a large scale, we should present a cake to anybody having birthday in this office” he noted, even as he appreciated all the staff for the surprise birthday they organised for him.

The highpoint of the event was the cutting of cake, presentation of birthday card to the DG by the Director of Administration and Finance, as well as prayers and birthday songs.

In the same vein, the board of the Agency Chaired by Dr. Joseph Otumara also gave a surprise birthday treat to the DG during the board’s meeting on Tuesday.

“I am trilled with many surprises today, first from my staff, now this. It has been surprises all the way. There is nothing i would have done celebrating than what people have done already,” he said.
