Governor of Ondo state, Oluwarotimi Akeredolu and the Deputy Governor-Elect, Lucky Ayedatiwa (rmdrr) on Tuesday received Certificates of Return from the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC.
Receiving the certificate from Ondo State’s INEC Resident Electoral commissioner in Akure, Ambassador Rufus Akeju, Governor Akeredolu commended INEC for the successful conduct of the election.
The governor who also recognized efforts of the security agents and the electorate dedicated his victory and the certificates God and the people of Ondo state.
Governor Akeredolu also pledged even development of the state regardless of political affiliation.
Earlier, Ambassador Akeju had advised governor Akeredolu and the deputy governor-elect to be magnanimous in victory by providing services, basic amenities and infrastructure that would touch the lives of the masses. (Positive 102.5 FM)
