An atmosphere of calm, unity, and conviviality characterised the All Progressives Congress (APC) Ward 8 Congress held in Idumuje-Unor, Aniocha North Local Government Area of Delta State.

The Ward, comprising Idumuje-Unor, Idumuje-Ugboko, and Idumuje-Aniofu, convened a Congress to elect officials who will steer the affairs of the party at the grassroots level.

The congress witnessed a large crowd of APC stakeholders amidst a peaceful setting, a notable departure from the tensions that have often accompanied partisan political activities.

Speaking at the event, the Returning Officer, Hon. Uche Chiejine, expressed satisfaction with the orderly and harmonious behaviour of stakeholders throughout the exercise.
