The immediate past Special Adviser to the Governor of Delta State on Environment and Marine Transportation, Hon Daniel Yingi has felicitated with Governor Ifeanyi Okowa on his 62nd birthday anniversary.

Hon Yingi in a statement described Dr Okowa as a focused and visionary leader whose development strides has placed Delta above others in the comity of states.

The former lawmaker who presided over the affairs of the Delta State House of Assembly Committee on Environment, Oil and Gas, for eight years highlighted some of the laudable achievements of Dr Okowa in the past six years, stressing that his part with the people would remain evergreen in the state.

Hon Yingi commended Deltans for their unalloyed support to the governor and urged them to sustain the support for peace and good governance of the state.

The former lawmaker stated that the policies and programs of the Okowa’s led administration had provided ample opportunity for many Deltans to be self-reliant, and expressed optimism for more positive development in that regard.

Hon Yingi stated that at 62 Dr Okowa has contributed in no small measures to the work of God and the growth of mankind, even as he prayed God to grant the governor the wherewithal in actualizing his future dreams.

The former Special Adviser urged the governor to be encouraged by the streams of prayers and goodwill messages on his birthday by sustaining his sound leadership styles and love for excellence and perfection.

Hon Yingi on behalf of himself, family members and other well-wishers prayed for more grace in the life of Dr Okowa as well as good health and God’s guidance.

He said despite the challenges of life that may come as human because the governor has God to his side, he shall always triumph.
