Senator Ede Dafinone, representing Delta Central Senatorial District, has extended warm felicitations to former Governor of Delta State, Dr. Emmanuel Eweta Uduaghan, CON, on the celebration of his 71st birthday.
In a goodwill message personally signed by him, Senator Dafinone described Dr. Uduaghan as a visionary leader whose tenure as governor laid the groundwork for Delta’s socio-economic stability through transformative policies in healthcare, education, and security.
According to the senator, “His landmark commitment to sustainable development created a strong foundation upon which subsequent administrations continue to build.”
Dafinone noted that beyond his achievements in public office, Dr. Uduaghan’s political maturity, wisdom, and unwavering commitment to unity have continued to inspire many across the Niger Delta region.
“On this special day, we celebrate not just the milestone of 71 years, but the enduring legacy of a man whose counsel and leadership remain invaluable to our state’s political landscape,” he said.
On behalf of the people of Delta Central Senatorial District, the senator joined family, friends, and associates of the former governor in thanking God for his life of service, health, and wisdom.
