Senator Ede Dafinone has felicitated Chief Paulinus Akpeki, the Ugo of Okpe Kingdom and Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Delta Central, as he celebrates his birthday today, January 19, 2026.

Describing him as “a consummate political tactician,” Dafinone praised Akpeki for his courage, strategic insight, and unwavering commitment to public service.

Dafinone noted that Chief Akpeki has been a stabilising force within the APC, providing guidance, mentorship, and leadership that continue to shape political discourse in Delta Central.
