Elected to represent the good and wonderful people of Warri South West Constituency in the Delta State House of Assembly in 2019, Rt Hon Guwor Emomotimi Dennis has remained a beacon of hope not just to the Ijaw and Itsekiri ethnic-dominated constituency, nor Delta state, but the country at large.

By divine grace and the magnanimity of every critical stakeholder to societal growth and development within and beyond Delta State, his reelection for second tenure in 2023 into the State Legislature, preceded his emergence as Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly and subsequently by same divine powers, the National Treasurer, Conference of Speakers of State Houses of Assembly in Nigeria.

These two offices, Rt Hon Guwor, are holding in pride for Warri South West constituents and to the admiration of the people of Delta State and beyond.

As the Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Guwor Emomotimi Dennis has been a shining example of effective leadership, dedication to constitutional duties, integrity personified and quality control of affairs in the state legislature.
