Petitioners were on Wednesday very scanty at the public hearing organized by the Judicial Panel of Inquiry on Police Brutality and Extra-Judicial killings in Delta State.
At the time of this report, the petitioners at the Government House Annex in Warri were not more than twenty.
The lawyers were not more than eight.
The panel led by Hon. Justice Celestina Ogisi (Rtd) sat and began proceedings by 10am.
Matters are being held with Journalists observing the proceedings.
