The chairman of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, in Ughelli North Local Government Area of Delta State, Comrade Lucky Ofomukoro has joined other party chieftains and PDP faithful to felicitate the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Emomotimi Guwor, on his birth anniversary.
Comrade Ofomukoro, in a congratulatory message to the Speaker, described him as a political force, resilient leader and strategic influencer.
