The Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, TUWASCO Marine Services Limited, Engr. Arthur Warefa has congratulated Chief Dennis Otuaro. Ph.D, on his appointment as substantive Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP).

Warefa also appreciated President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for finding Otuaro from Delta State, worthy of the appointment.

In a statement on Friday in Warri, Delta State, the Ijaw entrepreneur said Otuaro is ably qualified and has the requisite experience to effectively manage the Amnesty Programme.

He said, “This is the first time someone from Delta State has been appointed Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme ( PAP), and the person so appointed, Chief Dennis Otuaro, has the pedigree and capacity to deliver. Niger Deltans should expect the best from him”.

Warefa also called on stakeholders in the region to collectively support the Gbaramatu Chief, noting that the expectations of Otuaro were high as he is bringing reforms and innovations to the Amnesty Programme.

He further noted that the prevailing peace in the Niger Delta region should be sustained, adding that only an enabling environment will attract development and investors to the region.
