Senator Ned Nwoko has extended warm birthday wishes to Rt. Hon. Victor Ochei describes him as a visionary leader whose contributions to Delta State’s development remain undeniable.

In his message, Senator Nwoko recalled Ochei’s impactful years in the Delta State House of Assembly, where he served as a lawmaker and later as Speaker.

Senator Nwoko noted that “Victor Ochei was not just another politician in the House; he was a force. His tenure as Speaker was marked by progressive legislation and infrastructural projects that directly improved the lives of Deltans”.

Ochei, who represented Aniocha North from 2003 to 2015, was instrumental in pushing for educational reforms, infrastructural development, and youth empowerment programs.

His leadership in the Assembly, particularly during his time as Speaker, earned him widespread respect.

Beyond politics, Ochei has remained committed to philanthropy, supporting initiatives such as the Nigerian Wheelchair Basketball Federation and other grassroots sports development programs.

As Ochei marks another year, Nwoko wishes him continued success and greater achievements, stating, “Victor is a brother and a partner in the progress of Delta. May this new year bring him more wisdom, strength, and fulfilment”.
