The leadership and members of Evwreni Clan Improvement Union (ECIU) in Ughelli North Local Government Area of Delta State have joined millions of Deltans and sympathisers outside Delta State to mourn the death of Madam Agnes Ayetoma Etaga, the mother to the wife of the Delta State Governor, Deaconess Tobore Oborevwori.
The Union in a condolence message signed by the President of ECIU, Lagos, Dr. Sunday Okpako, on behalf of all presidents and secretaries of ECIU nationwide expressed deepest condolences to the Delta First Lady urging her to take solace in the fact that her mother lived a life worthy of emulation.
“The people of Evwreni Kingdom are in grief over the passage of Madam Agnes Ayetoma Etaga who was a beacon of hope to many who came in contact with her.
“She was committed and dedicated to community service with a compassionate heart to impact lives positively.
“Madam Agnes Ayetoma Etaga lived a diligent and dutiful lifestyle as well as bequeathed to her children exemplary behaviours to succeed in their respective endeavours.
“We sincerely share in the grief of our dear and amiable Delta First Lady, Deaconess Tobore Oborevwori at this time she greatly needed the wise counsel of her mother, especially in assisting our dynamic Governor, Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori in the onerous task of achieving his MORE Agenda for Deltans.
“We pray God to grant Delta First Lady and her husband, Governor Oborevwori the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.”
