Nigeria’s legendary singer, Onyeka Onwenu has reportedly died after performing at a birthday party in Lagos.
The multi-talented singer aged 72, sources say passed on Tuesday night at the Reddington Hospital in Lagos, after slumping at the birthday party of Mrs Stella Okoli.
Born on January 31, 1952, and hailed from Obosi in Anambra State, Onyeka Onwenu was renowned for her music albums such as ‘In The Morning Light’ and ‘Dancing In The Sun’.
