The Inspector-General of Police (IGP), Usman Baba Alkali, has confirmed DSP Bright Edafe as the substantive spokesperson for the Delta State Police Command.
DSP Edafe was until his new posting was the acting Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) for the Command.
A statement on Saturday morning by the 2IC PPRO, Delta State Command, ASP Edna Bassey, says the posting takes immediate effect.
DSP Edafe, a one-time Administrative Officer Area Command Asaba, holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) from the Federal Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti.
