Evwreni Clan Improvement Union mourns Ogor Branch President, Uba

The National Executive Council of Evwreni Clan Improvement Union (ECIU) has commiserated with the family and entire members of ECIU over the death of the President of ECIU, Ogor Branch, Prince Matthew Uba.

In a condolence message on behalf of all presidents and secretaries of ECIU nationwide, Dr Sunday Okpako, president of ECIU, Lagos, said the Union received with rude shock the news of the demise of Prince Uba, who was a hardworking and committed stakeholder.

Dr Okpako noted that Prince Uba passed on at a time when his experience and wise counsel were greatly needed in advancing the collective interest and aspiration of the people of Evwreni Kingdom.

“With heavy heart but total submission to the will of God, we, the entire members of Evwreni Clan Improvement Union (ECIU) National Executive Council announce the untimely demise of our dear member and president of ECIU, Ogor Branch, Prince Matthew Uba, whose sad event occurred on September 8, 2023.

“We commiserate with his family and the entire members of ECIU.

“Burial arrangements will be announced by the family.

“We pray the Almighty God to remove untimely death from our Union and family in Jesus’s name, Amen,” said Sunday Okpako.
