The Centre for Human Rights and Anti-corruption Crusade, CHURAC has appealed to the youths to stop further agitations in Delta State and Nigeria at large.
CHURAC’s National President, Cleric Alaowei Esq made the appeal in a chat with Our Correspondent in Warri.
The group said the youths should focus on the judicial panels set up by Governor Ifeanyi Okowa and the one by the Federal Government of Nigeria, expressing the belief that justice will be served in these panels.
According to the group, “The setting up of judicial panel of inquiry by the Delta State Government is a right step in the right direction.
“That is the benefit the #ENDSARS protests brought to the country. I am sure that the findings of the panel will bring justice to those who are victims of police brutality. I appeal to Deltans to take the benefits of this panel.”
