Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Emomotimi Dennis Guwor, has felicitated with the Deputy Speaker, Rt Hon Arthur Akpowowo, on his 53rd birthday.

Guwor who described the Deputy Speaker as a reliable colleague, wished him grace upon grace as he celebrates another birth anniversary in good health and happiness.

The Speaker, in a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Mr Nkem Nwaeke, said Rt Hon Akpowowo’s dedication to duties and state’s development has been truly inspiring.

Guwor prayed to God to continue to grant the Deputy Speaker the wherewithal to sustain his rising profile in public service.

He said, “I am delighted to extend my warmest felicitations to you on the occasion of your 53rd birthday anniversary as the day marks a significant milestone in your life, and I’m honoured to be part of it.

“As you celebrate I wish you many more years of good health, wisdom, and continued service to our state. May this new chapter in your life bring you joy, fulfilment, and abundant blessings.
