Ahead of tomorrow’s Monday, May 23, 2022, senatorial primaries of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, across the country, the leadership of the party in Delta State on Sunday night named the venues where the exercise will take place in the three senatorial districts of the state.
A statement by the state Publicity Secretary, Dr Ifeanyi Osuoza, named Warri Township Stadium as the venue for Delta South, Sapele Township Stadium for Delta Central and The Cenotaph, Asaba, will serve as the venue for the conduct of the senatorial primary for Delta North.
The statement urged all senatorial aspirants, the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, and security agencies to take note of the primaries which start 9am at all the venues.
