A prominent leader of the All Progressives Congress, APC, from Delta State, Hon. Stella Okotete has celebrated Nigerian women on the auspicious occasion of this year’s International Women’s Day.

Hon. Okotete, who is the Executive Director, Business Development of the Nigerian Export-Import Bank, in a heartwarming message post on her Facebook page wrote:

On this International Women’s Day, I celebrate the resilience, strength, and achievements of women entrepreneurs, politicians, and leaders around the world. You are the driving force behind economic growth, social progress, and inclusive leadership.

As women, we have continuously broken barriers, challenged stereotypes, and transformed industries through innovation, courage, and determination. Your contributions to business, governance, and leadership are shaping a more just and prosperous world for future generations.

To women entrepreneurs: Keep pushing boundaries, creating opportunities, and building sustainable enterprises that uplift communities. Your vision and creativity are essential for economic transformation.

To women in politics: Your leadership and advocacy are paving the way for a more inclusive and equitable society. Continue to champion policies that empower women and protect their rights.

To women in leadership: Your impact is undeniable. As decision-makers, mentors, and role models, you inspire the next generation to dream big and achieve greatness.

This year’s theme reminds us to “Inspire Inclusion.” Let us continue to support one another, break down barriers, and build a world where every woman has the opportunity to thrive.

Happy International Women’s Day!

Hon. Stella Okotete, OON
