The chairman of Ughelli North Local Government Council in Delta State, Olorogun Jaro Egbo has extended heartfelt felicitations to Dr Kingsley Emu, the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), on the occasion of his birthday anniversary.

In a goodwill message, Olorogun Egbo described Dr Emu as an accomplished state man, an administrator per excellence, and a distinguished leader whose commitment to the development of Delta State has been exemplary.

He commended his dedication, visionary leadership, and unwavering service to the people of Delta State.

Olorogun Egbo stated that, while Dr Emu held sway as Commissioner in the state, his performance was legendary.

The council boss prayed for God’s continued guidance, wisdom, and good health for Dr Kingsley Emu as he marks another year of purposeful living and impactful service.
