The lawmaker representing Warri South Constituency One in the Delta State House of Assembly, Hon. Augustine Uroye, has extended warm Christmas greetings to his constituents and Deltans across the state, thanking God for His guidance and mercies throughout the year 2025.
In a goodwill message to mark the Christmas season, Uroye described 2025 as a year of lessons, resilience, and collective progress, noting that despite challenges, the people of Warri South and Delta State remained steadfast and hopeful.
He expressed deep appreciation to his constituents for their continued support, cooperation, and trust, which he said strengthened his resolve to deliver purposeful representation and people-centred legislation at the Delta State House of Assembly.
“Christmas offers us an opportunity to reflect with gratitude on how far we have come as a people. I thank God for preserving our lives through 2025 and for the unity, patience, and resilience shown by the people of Warri South and Deltans in general,” Uroye stated.
Looking ahead, the legislator expressed optimism for 2026, describing it as a year with renewed prospects for peace, economic improvement, and accelerated development across Delta State.
He reaffirmed his commitment to advocating policies and projects that will improve living standards, promote youth empowerment, and strengthen community development within his constituency.
Uroye urged residents to embrace the values of love, sacrifice, and togetherness which Christmas represents, while also calling for sustained support for the Delta State Government’s development agenda.
