Former member of the House of Representatives, Hon Solomon Ahwinahwi, has congratulated the vice presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Governor Ifeanyi Okowa on his conferment with the award of Commander of The Order of The Niger, CON, by the Federal Government of Nigeria.
In a congratulatory message, Ahwinahwi said the award is well deserved and long overdue, owing to Governor Okowa’s sterling contributions to the peace, development and unity of the country.
Ahwinahwi said that among other governors in the country, Dr Ifeanyi Okowa stands out as the most performing in the country.
He noted that the honour with the award of Commander of The Order of The Niger is a reaffirmation of the eminence and wide acceptance of Governor Okowa by all Nigerians which confidently will make his victory in the 2023 presidential election a more easy ride.
The former federal lawmaker prayed God to continue to provide Governor Ifeanyi Okowa with good health and divine wisdom for the enormous task ahead, noting that whoever God has blessed no one can curse.
