There was apprehension in Akure, the Ondo State capital as residents and passersby picketed a house at St Luke’s area of the city.

According to reports obtained by Precision via a live broadcast by Crest FM, Akure, the apprehension was as a result of a woman who allegedly transformed into a Cat.

In the live broadcast, residents could be seen in large numbers in front of a house where the woman was said to be living.

A shop owner in the area who spoke with Crest FM in the live broadcast said the woman was caught by one of the residents in front of his shop when she was allegedly transforming into a human form.

Another resident called on the government and the Deji of Akure to quickly arrest the situation, as people are running out of patience with the belief that the “cat-woman” is a witch.
