Two suspected kidnappers have been set ablaze by an angry mob in Mosogar community, Ethiope West Local Government Area of Delta State.
Ndokwa Vanguard reports that the incident occurred on Thursday, February 13, 2025.
Sources say it all started after four men were accused of attempting to kidnap a woman who raised an alarm that attracted passersby.
The residents chased and apprehended two suspects while two others managed to escape.
The suspects were hacked to d3ath before being set ablaze.
A spokesperson for the Delta State Police Command, SP Bright Edafe, confirmed the incident but gave no further details.
