President Bola Tinubu says his administration will continue to strengthen global partnerships while intensifying efforts to combat terrorism and other forms of criminality across the country.
The President made the commitment after receiving an economic performance briefing from the Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister of the Economy, Wale Edun, during Thursday’s Federal Executive Council meeting. Edun reported that ongoing policy reforms are boosting investor confidence and contributing to visible improvements in key economic indicators.
Tinubu reaffirmed that, despite political and security pressures, his government is unwavering in its determination to advance national development under the Renewed Hope Agenda.
“We are fully aware of the scale of the economic and security challenges before us,” the President said. “The task ahead is immense, but we remain united in purpose. Our resolve is to defeat terrorism and build a prosperous, inclusive, and resilient Nigeria.”
