The General Overseer of Word and Fire Evangelical Outreach Ministry, WAFEOM, Pastor Adams Michael has urged the Delta State Government to remember Orhunwhorun community in Udu Local Government Area saying the people are suffering
The cleric said the roads into the community were bad adding that they also suffered power outage from the electricity distribution company in the area.
Pastor Michael made the call at the just concluded 2023 annual Thanksgiving service of Word and Fire Evangelical Outreach Ministry, WAFEOM.
“My message to the Delta State Government is that they should remember the Community, Orhunwhorun town. Of a truth, we are suffering. The rods are bad. We are suffering NEPA failure. A lot of things are happening. By the special grace of God, I want them to remember the Community.
“I want to believe that wherever they’re, if they see this video, let them remember the Community called Orhunwhorun so that the hands of favour or kindness to the Community by releasing good roads to us.power supply.”
He appealed to the Governor Sheriff Oborevwori led Delta State Government to provide the Community with good roads and constant power supply.
Pastor Michael also enjoined idol worshippers in Orhunwhorun Community to turn away from their idols and surrender their lives to God Almighty.
According to him, “Jesus told us in his words that,anyone involved in idolatry will never inherit the Kingdom of God.”
He assured them(idolaters) that if they surrender their lives completely, Jesus Christ will save them because he came for them (sinners).
Pastor Michael also warned that if they fail to surrender their lives to Jesus Christ, a great danger lies ahead of them.
