Ahead of the chairmanship and councilorship elections across the twenty-five local government councils in Delta State in 2024, Rotarian Fidelis Adjogbe, GMCPN, a frontline chairmanship aspirant for Ughelli North Local Government Council has continued to garner tremendous support from the leadership and other critical stakeholders of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, and indeed majority of the people of Ughelli North Local Government Area.
Adjogbe, a Senior Special Assistant (SSA) on Political Matters to the immediate past governor of Delta State, is a native of Evwreni Kingdom in Ughelli North Local Government Area.
He has a proven track record of competence, capacity, integrity and has continued to endear himself to the people with his philanthropy.

Rtn. Fidelis Adjogbe, GMCPN is an Urhobo by tribe and a native of Evwreni Kingdom. He was born into the noble family of Mr. and Mrs. Peter Adjogbe of blessed memories over three decades ago.
He began his primary school education at the Mariere primary school Evwreni, where he obtained his primary school leaving certificate in 1997. He then proceeded to Lulu Secondary School Ughelli, where he had his West African Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (WASSSCE) in 2004.
After working for some years, he then proceed to study Information Management Technology (IMT) at the Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTO) in Imo State, where he bagged Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree, second class honours (Upper division) in 2014. In his quest for knowledge, he also bagged a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree in Information Management Technology from the same university in 2019.
He is currently a PhD. student at the Federal University of Technology Owerri and Novena University Ogume with research interest in network security, ambient intelligence, cyber security, and artificial intelligence.
