The President of Urhobo Youth Council, Comrade Godspower Enerho, has expressed heartfelt felicitation to the Speaker, Delta State House of Assembly and gubernatorial candidate of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, in the state, Rt. Hon Sherrif Oborevwori, on his victory at the Supreme Court last week Friday.

In a press statement in Warri, Comrade Enerho said the judgement has laid to rest issues surrounding Oborevwori’s candidacy.

He noted that it remains a no victor, no vanquish situation as it is a family affair between two brothers who are eminently qualified members of their party.

Enerho said, “As we have consistently maintained, this was a minor disagreement between two brothers and no one has won or lost anything because it’s a family affair.

“My appeal now is for all parties involved to quickly regroup to face the real battle ahead of the 2023 election as we look forward to building on the Okowa legacy.

“Once again, I say congratulations to Mr Speaker and the Delta state PDP family.”
