Candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Bola Tinubu has won the 2023 presidential election in Nigeria.
The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) on Wednesday morning declared former Lagos State as the winner of the presidential election in Nigeria.
Chairman of INEC, Mahmood Yakubu, who announced the results of the presidential election held on Saturday, February 25, 2023, said that Tinubu, of the APC polled 8,794,726 votes to defeat Atiku Abubakar of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP).
