As part of activities to promote its aims and objectives, the leadership and members of the All Nigeria Youths and Grassroot Mobilisation, ANYGM, have paid a consultation visit to the Special Adviser to the Delta State Governor on Judiciary and Chieftancy, Chief Andy Osawota, at his Effurun residence in Uvwie Local Government Area of Delta State.

ANYGM, led by its Principal, comrade Charles Emorka, is a none partisan political pressure group geared towards fighting bad governance, identifying credible leaders and voting them into elective positions in the 2023 General elections.

Speaking on the Groups’ intent ahead of the 2023 General elections, Comrade Emorka, said that the All Nigeria Youths and Grassroot Mobilisation, has made it their task to free the nation from the grip of bad governance perpetuated by inept corrupt politicians who keep recycling and enriching themselves in power at the expense of the poor masses.

On their resolve to identify and flush out such politicians in the 2023 elections, comrade Emorka noted that the All Nigeria Youths and Grassroot Mobilisation intends to throw their weight behind youthful candidates with proven antecedents vying for political position to lead the nation to its El Dorado.

Comrade Emorka, while commending the efforts of Governor Ifeanyi Okowa led administration for its achievements recorded so far in Delta State, called on politicians vying to be the next Governor of the state to emulate his giant strides.

Other members of the group who spoke like the Ijaw Nation coordinator, ANYGM, comrade Timi Eniyekpemi, Kogi State coordinator, ANYGM, Adejoh Eneojo, and National Youth Leader, ANYGM, comrade Awareness Erhirhie, lauded Chief Osawota for his hospitality and astute leadership over the years, thus the need to identify with him and seek his support.

Responding, Chief Osawota commended the executives and members of the All Nigeria Youth and Mobilization, for towing in the right direction as with the right motivation, their aims and objectives for a greater Nigeria would be realised.

Chief Osawota, who doubles as the Chairman, Prerogative of Mercy Committee, Delta State, also noted that a corrupt-free society is achievable if leaders are held accountable for their actions and credible persons elected into office.

He also advised members of the All Nigeria Youths and Grassroot Mobilization, to have a good structure so as to prevent hijackers from stealing their purpose, source for finance and be willing to sacrifice for the achievement of good governance come 2023.

The All Nigeria Youth and Grassroot Mobilisation team also had in attendance the Delta North coordinator, Sunday Alomu, Itsekiri Nation coordinator, Misan Akpieyi, Ethiope West coordinator, Edwin Ejayife, Ethiope East coordinator, Andrew Okotie and National Publicity Secretary, Victor Gbogidi.

The high point of the visit was the presentation of a meritorious award to Chief Andy Osawota for his selfless service to humanity.
