Governor Ifeanyi Okowa on Thursday sworn in the first batch of eighteen commissioners into the Delta State Executive Council.

Their names and portfolios are below:

Mrs Rose Ezewu – Basic and Secondary Education

Mrs Flora Alanta – Women Affairs

Mrs Kate Onianwa – Lands and Survey

Chief Festus Ochonogor – Housing

Mr Charles Aniagwu – Information

Chief Arthur Akpowowo – Urban Renewal

Dr Barry Gbe – Economic Planning

Mr Julius Egbedi – Agriculture

Mr Christian Onogba – Environment
