An indication which appears to put an end to the speculation that the Delta State Deputy Governor, Deacon Kingsley Otuaro has his eyes set on the 2023 governorship race in the state surfaced on Saturday when he allegedly visited Ijaw traditional rulers to intimate them of his ambition to occupy the Dennis Osadebey House as governor come 2023.

OUTARO CONSULTS IJAW KINGS.
The Deputy Governor of Delta State H.E Barr (Dcn) Kingsley B. Otuaro earlier today paid a visit to the Ijaw Traditional Rulers.
During the visit, the Deputy Governor told the Traditional rulers of his Governship ambition and appreciated the rulers for receiving Him.
The Traditional Rulers also appreciated Barr (Dcn) Kingsley Otuaro for coming and thanked him profusely for all he has done for Ijaw nation and particularly for his respect for the traditional institution, they prayed that God should grant him all his heart desires for they believed that if he becomes the Governor, he will not let the Ijaw nation down because they know him as a man with so much credibility.
