By Felix Ekwu

Deputy Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Ochor Christopher on Wednesday recaptured his younger brother, Felix Ochor in what appears to be a show of political supremacy to protect his exalted office as the number six man in the state.

Recall that the Delta State Deputy Governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, and also a former Speaker of the state legislature, Rt Hon Friday Osanebi, had on Monday received Felix Ochor to the fold of the APC in the state.

In a Facebook post on Wednesday by Chidi O. Uwabuofu, the incumbent Deputy Speaker could be seen laying his hands on the head of his younger brother while he kneels apparently praying to receive and welcome his hitherto lost brother back to the ruling PDP in the state.

A dependable source confirmed to NewsNet Nigeria that the Deputy Speaker did receive his younger brother back to PDP at his Asaba residence, but did not give details surrounding why the young man made a U-turn barely two days after left the PDP for APC.

Felix Ochor, fondly called Ibori of Ukwuani had announced his defection on Monday in Asaba after meeting with the Deputy Governorship candidate of the APC in Delta State, Rt. Hon. Friday Osanebi.

Felix Ochor who is also the Vice President of Ikolobia Ndokwa said he decided to dump PDP for APC because of the antecedents of Osanebi in Ndokwa Nation, saying the APC Deputy Governorship candidate has no rival in Ndokwa politics.
