The All Progressives Congress (APC) Local Government Appeal Committee for Delta State has been inaugurated with the mandate to receive petitions and complaints arising from the local government congress held on Saturday, September 4, 2021.
A statement by the Committee Chairman, Chief Adeniyi Akintola (SAN) and the Secretary, Hon. Bamidele Ajibola says aspirants or candidates for the congress should submit their petitions and complaints to the committee from Monday, September 20 to Friday, September 24, 2021, between the hours of 9am to 5pm.
According to the statement, the petitions and complaints should be submitted at the APC Secretariat, Plot 4 Anwai/Illah Road, GRA Phase 1, Core Area, Asaba, Delta State.
The statement further adds that party members who intend to appeal the outcome of the local government congress should ensure that the petitions and complaints are submitted within the specified period.
