Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for Delta North, Chief George Okafor on Thursday decamped to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
Delta state Governor, Dr Ifeanyi Okowa while receiving him and his large followers said, “I have no issues with my predecessors, H.E Chief James Ibori and H.E , Dr E.E Uduaghan. No stranger can come in between us. I am consolidating on the foundation they both laid.”
