Immediate past Deputy Governor of Delta State, Deacon Kingsley Burutu Otuaro has extended warm felicitation to Governor Sheriff Oborevwori on the occasion of his first anniversary in office.

Otuaro in a congratulatory message expressed deep appreciation to Governor Oborevwori for his dedication to good governance.

He highlighted significant progress in infrastructural development, particularly in the riverine areas, noting several completed projects that have improved state-wide connectivity and healthcare facilities.

He also praised the Governor’s commitment to human capacity development, citing successful skills acquisition programmes and grants that have created job opportunities and reduced youth unemployment.

Part of Otuaro’s message reads, “One area where I am particularly pleased with your achievements is in infrastructural development, especially your attention and focus on the riverine areas. I pray that your administration continues to prioritize the development of the riverine areas, just like other areas of the state. Within this one year, your administration has initiated and completed several new projects. It is pertinent to commend you for continuing the projects of the previous administration, resulting in the provision of new amenities such as the construction of roads, flyovers, and bridges to improve access to various parts of the state, and the provision of adequate healthcare facilities.

Encouraging continued focus on the well-being of Delta State citizens, Otuaro expressed confidence in the Governor’s leadership.
